I arrived early, around 11:00 am and the hotel allowed me to check in at that time rather than have to wait until 3:00 pm! I was very tired and asked for any room available. They kindly upgraded my room to a large room with a very comfortable king size bed. I will definitely stay at Hotel Grand Park in future travels to Bogotá. I love their grand piano and swimming pool, sauna, and Turkish bath. The staff is wonderful, professional, courteous and friendly. Kudos to Lucia, the director of hospitality and interpersonal relations!

We asked for a different room and they gave us a beautiful suite with a king bed and a jacuzzi! What a wonderful surprise! I love this hotel! They have a gorgeous heated pool and a grand piano in the lobby. I often stopped by to play the piano and entertain myself and other guests! The staff is very courteous, friendly and professional, always ready to help! The location is close to myriad attractions in Bogotá and easy to get transportation. Will definitely stay here again!

After a week of staying in hostel beds we were happy to arrive at Hotel Grand Park. We were warmly welcomed by the young man at reception and his colleage and were pleasantly suprised to be told the hotel had a steam room and sauna. We used the indoor pool, too. Good location 10 minutes' walk from the Gold Museum, and breakfast was included in the price. Absolutely excellent value for money.

customer service location all the employees are great from the recepción guy I can’t spell his name , the ladies in the restaurant one young lady whit glasses and another one helping the tables, the ladies who clean the rooms all them are the best before I stay all the time in the tequendama hotel but now I’m going to stay in this hotel I love it
