Everything was fantastic—the breakfast, the staff, and the location were all top-notch! But honestly, it was the incredible staff that truly made my experience unforgettable. They were so kind, friendly, and understanding, and their patience was just wonderful. They even taught me a few Spanish words to add onto my Spanish vocabulary, which was a delightful bonus! The breakfast offered a great variety and was absolutely delicious! We definitely recommend including breakfast in your stay; you won’t regret it!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Grand Park in Bogotá, Colombia, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Their friendly and attentive service made our time by the pool unforgettable. They crafted delightful cocktails and provided excellent recommendations that enhanced our stay. The closed roof pool area is big, and has a bar. The pool is warm and has a kid friendly section. The room was huge, with a big desk, tv and a fridge. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast buffet with regular food like bread and eggs, fruit, and Colombian traditional food. Like rice with chicken and soups. Restaurant is good, with home cooked style meals, and special weekly menus. I had one night a fish pasta al pesto that I loved.

Very helpful staff, beautiful luxurious interior, very comfortable beds. It was super clean, my room was very comfortable, the pool had a nice temperature and breakfast offered a wide range of options, including fresh fruit and excellent coffee.

It was a hidden gem! The staff made us feel like family, and the pool and children's playground were perfect for a relaxing stay. The included breakfast was delicious, and they even offer lunch options. Highly recommend for families looking for a welcoming and enjoyable stay

All of the staff were very helpful and pleasant. It was a nice breakfast each morning. The grounds of the hotel were always keep clean. I love the location.

Good location for when you wanna see the more older part of the city, lots of options for tours that start almost right down the street. And your quite close to the mountain side of the city if you are planning to go up to like Monterrey Church. Bed was even for me as a quite tall person good to do and comfy. Staff was very friendly and helpfull and spoke both English and Spanish, so no worries about not being able to ask for something. Breakfast was simple but still with plenty of options to choose from. Hotel is basically one straight road down from the airport, small downside is that you are a bit close to some main roads. So depending on where the room is you can hear some traffic in the evening.

Amazing housekeeping staff. The rooms and facilities are spotless. And they were very attentive to keeping my space organized. A good location that was walking distance to a few good places to shop and eat. Also close to adult fun in the tolerance zone.
